If you are too busy to listen, too impatient to get things done, too focused to see changes, too quick to judge, too slow to decide, too proud to ask, too rigid to change, too smart to learn, too closed to speak, too cagey to teach, too critical to encourage, too presumptuous to notice, too hard to please, too soft to reprimand, you can neither make a good parent nor leader yet.
